Aidacare completed a pre-delivery site inspection. Our staff coordinated with management to understand the obstacles and develop a detailed installation plan. The site was still a construction zone, the facility was over four levels, delivery of three containers had to be spread over three days. The installation plan was a vital step in achieving a smooth handover.

The installation was successfully completed by a team of experts including technicians, logistics and warehouse staff all managed by a dedicated project manager who was present every day of installation.

A post installation follow-up and sign-off were completed. The CASPA Care team were extremely pleased with the handling of the project. We were subsequently awarded the remaining equipment supply for furniture (tub chairs), bathroom equipment, lifting machines and medical equipment.

The facility is looking amazing and ready for a staged occupation.
